            Hot rolling is the last web forming technology in the production process of non-woven fabrics, which is a process of cooling and laying the fibers to achieve the fabric. 1. Material selection: 45 #, 42CrMo, 38CrMoAl, high-temperature alloy steel, quenched and tempered, stress relieved, and quenched using advanced heat treatment processes; The inner wall thickness of the heating roller is uniform, and the surface hardness after quenching can reach HRC48-51.
2. Internal structure: It consists of a central axis, insulation layer, heating layer, radiation layer, insulation layer, reflective layer, high-temperature coating layer, etc. from inside to outside.
3. Heating method: Electromagnetic induction heating, environmentally friendly, energy-saving with an efficiency of 30-60%. The maximum surface temperature of the electromagnetic induction heating roller can reach over 400 ℃.
4. Surface treatment: Imported formula plated with hard chromium, with a fine chromium layer and strong adhesion (can be customized according to customer requirements).

5. Processing accuracy: The surface temperature of the roller body is uniform, with a temperature difference of ≤± 1.5 ℃, and straightness, runout, and coaxiality are ≤ 0.01mm.
